Lindsay and Ryan took an Amtrak train across the country to elope in Taos, New Mexico! They chose to stay in a few different off-the-grid Earthships while they visited Northern New Mexico, and have their wedding ceremony in one! This was a fun morning engagement session with a couple that has a new home in Taos! It was fun to use different spaces around Chasity and Bil’s new home. The mountain views are so inviting out on the mesa, with or without the fire-season smoke! This couple will also host their September wedding at their house with wedding guests coming from all over the United States. Congratulations on a wonderful engagement!

Smoke from the Hermit’s Peak and Calf Canyon wildfire played with the light at this early morning wedding near the Rio Grande gorge. The brides-in-blue were excited and giddy to finally tie the knot. Dan Jones officiated the elopement and two big-horned sheep watched the women state their wedding vows.

50th Birthday Vacation

50th Birthday Vacation

Callie and Russel came to the mountains of Taos, NM for their annual April vacation which coincided with Callie’s 50th birthday! These two stayed at El Monte Sagrado a beautiful resort in town. We had fun walking around the grounds of El Monte and tracking down the early blooms on trees to use for backgrounds. We had a super calm morning amongst this unusually windy spring so it was fun to be outside in the cool mountain springtime temperatures.
