This glowing couple came up from Alamorgordo, NM to Taos to celebrate their wedding ceremony and reception at popular resort, El Monte Sagrado. The ceremony was in the Bohemian Gallery where the lighting and ambiance were perfect for this artsy Taos wedding. The reception was in El Monte’s exquisite ballroom where the chandeliers and mirrors lend themselves beautifully to an experienced photographer.
Local Taos residents, Rachel and Justin, had an intimate outdoor wedding ceremony to celebrate their love and commitment on Valentine’s Day! There were about 40 guests present, all close friends and family. Justin’s Scottish ethnicity influenced the red plaid which was a beautiful combination with the heart decorations. The full moon was still present behind the cloud cover and the night temperature was warm for February. This beautiful couple enjoyed a reception at Old Martina’s Hall.

Ashley and Jacob came all the way from Gallup, NM to elope on Valentine’s Day weekend! This beautiful couple chose to have their destination wedding in Taos, NM because of the beauty and spirituality that Northern New Mexico radiates. These newlyweds wanted an outdoor ceremony with mountain views and this is what they received on this beautiful day, in February, under the warm, high-altitude sunshine.
Martin and Michelle were high-school sweethearts and are finally going to tie-the-knot in June in Taos, NM! We had so much fun at this engagement session. Because of a recent snow, we were sometimes wadding through mud to get from one area to the next!–This couple did not complain one time, instead they would usually look at each other and smile! February can be unpredictable but we truly had a gorgeous day to take these romantic, outdoor photographs. I can’t wait until the wedding!!
