Per usual we had a limited time to do these two-year-old portraits, and after that two-year-olds stop being models and start being toddlers again! Brogan and his parents have been clients of mine since Brogan was an infant. He is fun to adventure around with as he does his portraits; he is a mini-man and is always on a mission! Call us so we can capture your family while the weather is still nice and fun to play in. The peak of the fall foliage will be here in a week, this gives us beautiful light and backgrounds, we can’t go wrong!
After many months of beautiful browns in the backgrounds, we are finally moving onto beautiful, green backgrounds! I absolutely love this time of year! I forget how many different tones of green our earth shares. How one flower can brighten an entire portrait!
We have been busy with family and baby portraits this spring. The grass is enticing to the babies, the warm weather is actually fun to hangout in (as opposed to those winter shoots)! Call Poetic Images to schedule your springtime photo shoot of your loved ones. Most photo sittings are done in under an hour and all of your photo proofing is done online from the comfort of your home!
This incredible couple came from Georgia to get married in Taos, NM! The wedding party was made up of four people, the best friends of the grooms. The shadows were long and the light was beautiful. The ceremony took place right before sunset and the glow on Taos’ mountains was outstanding.
Christina Lucia Peralta-Ramos is the granddaughter of famous artist, Millicent Rogers. Millicent collected over 1300 pieces of jewelry in her lifetime; Christina has inherited her grandmother’s love of the beautiful southwest silver: rings, necklaces, belts, bracelets, earrings. These photos were taken at the Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos, NM where Christina sits on the board of directors. Christina enjoys coming to Taos from her home in California where she has been an actress and model for most of her life.
Emily Quintana is a beautiful 17 year old graduate from Taos High School. She received her diploma at the end of May 2011 and plans to continue her education at UNM in Albuquerque. We took some amazing pictures of Emily alone, Emily and her boyfriend, her brother, and her entire family.
