This couple did not want anything fancy for their wedding so they decided to get married at the Taos County Courthouse. Judge Shannon officiated the casual wedding ceremony. The wedding vows and ring exchange was completed in less than five minutes, it took longer to get the marriage license! When we walked outside we were greeted with a winter snowstorm (there wasn’t a bit of snow on the ground when we entered the courthouse) which was a surprise and certainly good luck on a wedding day. Congratulations to Alida and Mark!
This season we experienced a very early (and cold) winter in Taos. This family had to reschedule their family Christmas photo shoot several times due to snowstorms! We finally had the opportunity to get together for this sitting the week before Christmas, just in time to send out Christmas cards. Whew!
Betsy Musselman, Taos attorney specializing in family law, had me come to her law office to take some photos for her new website.
