A Beautiful June Wedding: From the Methodist Church to Eagle Nest Lake, NM

This wedding was a beautiful reminder of how meaningful locations can enhance the emotional impact of wedding photos. The combination of the historic Methodist church and the natural beauty of Eagle Nest Lake created a day that was both spiritually significant and visually stunning. The final images from Tonya and Dylan’s wedding were a perfect blend of tradition and natural beauty. My favorite shot is of the couple standing by the lake, the mountains and sky reflecting in the water, symbolizing the depth and purity of their love. Another standout image captures their first walk as husband and wife, outside of the church, by a brilliant purple lilac bush.
Capturing Tonya and Dylan’s love story in these settings was an honor and a joy.

Angel Fire is renowned for its breathtaking mountain views, serene forests, and crisp autumn air. In October, the landscape is painted with vibrant fall colors, making it an ideal location for a wedding. The venue, set high in the treetops, creates a sense of intimacy and seclusion that every couple dreams of for their special day.

Whitney and Trey are nature enthusiasts who share a deep love for the outdoors. Their relationship blossomed through countless hikes and camping trips, so it was only fitting that they chose a location that reflected their adventurous spirits. The treetop venue in Angel Fire was the perfect embodiment of their love story, providing an awe-inspiring setting that matched their journey together.
